Pancake Mix; 2 cups vegetable oil (waffles only).Small Batch1 lb.About 21 4" (2 oz.) Pancakes or About 9 7" *4 oz.) Waffles: Measure 2 cups (1 lb. 6 oz.) water (room temperature 7075F); 3 cups (1 lb.) Pancake Mix; cup vegetable oil (waffles only).Waffle Directions1. Preheat waffle iron according to manufacturer's directions. Grease lightly.2. Combine water and oil in mixing bowl.3. Add Mix follow the mixing directions for pancakes. For 4" pancakes, portion a 2 oz. ladle or a #16 scoop of batter onto a preheated, lightly greased griddle. Bake about 1 minutes for eat side or until pancakes begin to rise and edges begin to dry.
